Instructions

1. Melt dairy-free chocolate chips over the stove or in the microwave. You can add a dollop (about 1 tablespoon) of coconut oil to help with melting and consistency.
2. Slice your banana into desired bite-sized pieces.
3. Dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. You can also dip other items like gluten-free pretzels, dried mangos, other fruits, or marshmallows if you have extra chocolate.
4. Place the chocolate-dipped treats on a parchment paper-lined dish.
5. Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm.
6. Enjoy your chocolate frozen banana bites and treats!
