SAVE this for a QUICK French Toast Cups Breakfast to keep on hand that will be a hit with the whole family! With expecting a new baby, I’m trying to cut some corners where I can like having some fun and healthy breakfasts in the freezer to make my mornings easier and keeping my toddler fed and happy! AND she had fun making these with me! I made about 2 dozen using almost a whole loaf of Cook’s gluten free sourdough bread (I find it in the freezer section at Whole Foods). Use your fav type of bread, and you can use your fav French Toast recipe, but to give you an idea of what I used. You can serve while hot, or place in the freezer like I did to have on hand for mornings you’re in need of a quick breakfast!! I serve my toddler 2 of these French toast cups + sausage + and berries for a balanced breakfast! She loves dipping in maple syrup!! She won’t eat eggs, so this is just another fun way for me to get some egg protein into her diet, because she LOVES French toast!!
