A simple and delicious hack to create dye-free pink strawberry cupcakes using your favorite gluten-free boxed cake mix, pre-made frosting, and freeze-dried strawberries. This recipe is also dairy-free and perfect for a sweet treat.

1 sprinkles

2 ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries

Follow instructions on your cake box for mixing. Once everything is mixed together, add in 1 cup (or more) of Freeze Dried Strawberries. Follow the baking instructions on the box. While cupcakes are baking, make your frosting. Blend about 1.5 cups of Freeze Dried Strawberries into a powder. Mix powder into frosting until completely mixed in. Once cupcakes are done baking, let them cool. Frost and add sprinkles and extra freeze dried strawberries if you like.
